Test in Manual Mode
Note: Perform the "Test in Manual Mode" when the engine is running. The fan cannot reach the maximum fan speed if the coolant temperature "P07" is below 30 °C (86 °F). The fan cannot reach the maximum fan speed if the blower motor is powered by the battery.
Push the fan speed override switch. Increase the fan speed until the highest speed is displayed on the control panel.
Check for supply voltage (25 V) at the blower motor on wire "C585-BR". Do not disconnect the electrical connector for the blower motor. Use multimeter probes in order to measure voltage.
Decrease the fan speed to the lowest speed.
Check for supply voltage (13 V) at the blower motor on wire "C585-BR". Do not disconnect the electrical connector for the blower motor. Use multimeter probes in order to measure voltage.
The voltage at the connector for the blower motor should vary between 13 V and 25 V. If the voltage of the blower motor is within specifications, the Control Module is OK. If the voltage of the blower motor is not within specifications, perform the two following tests:
Testing and Adjusting, "Speed Control - Test"
Testing and Adjusting, "Control Panel - Test (Automatic Temperature Control)"Only after the two tests are performed, you can replace the Control Module.Control Test of Air Conditioning

Turn the key to the ON position. Do not start the engine.Test in AUT Mode
Note: If the air conditioning is quickly turned to OFF and "ON", the system may delay turning on for 20 seconds.
Turn on the air conditioning system.
On the control panel, enter the mode for parameter values. Record the parameters "P09", "P10", and "P11".
Put the air conditioning in AUT mode.
Make "P09" equal to or greater than "P10". Press temperature select switches (4) or (5) in order to adjust the value. The compressor will engage within 30 seconds. When the compressor engages, you can hear the click of the clutch solenoid.
Make "P09" negative. Also, make "P09" greater than "P11". For example, if
