Accessing Configurations
Connect the ET to the machine. After communication has been established, the ET will list the electronic control modules that are on the machine. Choose the menu item "Hystat Trans D5". Select the drop-down menu that is called "Service". Then, select the "Configuration" function. The list of configurations will appear. From the list, select the desired item from the list. A service menu for "Change Parameter Value" will appear.

( 5 ) The reverse speed is set as a percentage of the forward speed up to the maximum reverse ground speed.
( 6 ) This setup is used to lock out the parking brake for the transmission stall test. The parking brake is not allowed to be disengaged.
( 7 ) This setup is used to control the rate of acceleration for the machine and the rate of deceleration for the machine.
( 8 ) The speed with which the machine responds to steering commands.
( 9 ) The amount of relative modulation available in the working steering range.Note: The speed gauge maximum indicated speed is a function of the maximum forward ground speed setting. When the maximum forward ground speed is set at 7.2 km/h (4.5 mph), the gauge will indicate up to 2.25.
