Position a nylon strap (33) and a suitable lifting device on heat exchanger (34).

Install bolt (35) that is used to fasten the heat exchanger to the frame.

Install two bolts (36) that fasten the heat exchanger to the frame.

Install four gaskets (32) on the heat exchanger.

Put separator assembly (29) in position and install three bolts (31).
Install nuts (30) on the studs of the heat exchanger.

Install hose assembly (27) and tube assembly (28) on separator assembly (29).

Put tube assembly (26) in position and install nuts (25).

Put tube assemblies (21) and (23) in position and install nuts (22).
Put the gasket in position and install bolts (24).

Put the O-ring seal on tube assembly (19). Put tube assembly (19) in position in the separator assembly.
Put the gasket in position and install four bolts (20) to the water temperature regulator housing.
Install two clips (18).

Install the O-ring seal on tube (16). Put the tube in position. Install the ring, the retainers, and the bolts.

Install gauge (15).

Position valve (13) on elbow (14). Install bolts (13).

Install the O-ring seals on each end of tube (1). Position tube (1) between valve (12) and the elbow.
Install bolts (9) that fasten flange (11) and tube (1) to valve (12).
Position two retainers (8) and install bolts (7) that hold ring (10) in position in flange (11).

Install bolts (2 ) that hold flange (3) and tube (1) to the elbow.
Position two retainers (4) and install bolts (5) that hold ring (6) in position in flange (3).
