Improved accuracy for the Total Odometer function. - Improved logic for odometer functions to ensure that Forward, Reverse, and Total odometer values increment correctly.
Improved the Service Hour Meter function. - Improved accuracy of the Service Hour Meter function. - Service Hour Meter function was changed to allow the hour meter to increment up to 999,999 hours. Previous software only allowed the service hour meter to increment up to 65,535.9 hours and then stopped incrementing.
The 488-8126 Monitor Software Gp replaced the 428-8604 Monitor Software Gp . - The 428-8604 Monitor Software Gp was released for parts service (Field installation only).Improvements for D9R ( SN Prefix:WDM)
Add support to calculate Track Speed and Direction parameters. - Improved resolution of forward and reverse track speeds viewed through Caterpillar Electronic Technician (Cat® ET) - Viewing these parameters requires Cat® ET, release 2015A v1.0 or later.
Improve support for the Extreme Values Parameters viewed through Cat® ET. - Correct the value displayed for Maximum Engine Speed in the Cat® ET Extreme Values Function.Improvements for D9R ( SN Prefix: WDM, and D9R with Mechanical Engines)
Improved Engine Oil Pressure logic to eliminate sensor diagnostics that occurred at KEY ON, ENGINE NOT RUNNING. - CID 100 - FMI 08, Engine Oil Pressure Sensor : Abnormal Frequency, Pulse Width, or Period. - Minimum value for Engine Oil Pressure was changed to match the lowest possible input when the engine is not running.Adaptable To: The new software part numbers are listed in Table 1.
