Illustration 1 g06104614Cat Product Measurement (CPM) can be activated on a machine that has a Tilt Bucket. Tilt Bucket can be selected in "Work Tool Select" under the Main menu.

Make sure not to tilt the bucket during the weigh process to obtain accurate data. A reweigh may be recommended if the bucket is tilted during weigh process.Joystick Controls (If CPM is Equipped)
Within the Cat® "Production Measurement Application", the operator can change the function of the joystick controls. The controls can be used as inputs for the Cat® Production Measurement Application.

(4) Trigger (not visible)If enabled, the following functions can be performed using the joystick controls with pressing and holding the trigger button (4) on left Joystick (A).Standby/Weigh - When the "Standby/Weigh" key is available, press button (1) on the left joystick to cycle between standby and weigh modes.Target Payload - When the "Standby/Weigh" key is available, move thumb wheel (2) on the right joystick to adjust the target payload.Truck Store - When the "Truck Store" key is available, press button (3) on the right joystick to store and save information for a loaded truck. Truck payload and bucket count values will be cleared for the next truck.Store "Bucket Zero" Value for Each Work Tool (If CPM is Equipped)

(5) Sent dataCurrently the CPM system sends Total Payload data (all stored data), regardless of CPM activation, to Cat® VisionLink.In the new software, Stored Payload data is stored during CPM activation. When CPM is activated, Stored Payload data is sent to Cat VisionLink.
