Install O-Ring seal (7) on fitting (6). Install fitting (6) in tee (5) .
Connect hose (3) and pressure gauge (2) to fitting (6) .
Start the engine.
Place the machine controls at the following settings: engine speed dial "10" and AEC switch OFF. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Engine Performance - Test (Engine Speed)" for engine rpm settings.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F).
Put the hydraulic activation control lever in the UNLOCKED position. Depress the switch for clockwise rotation or counterclockwise rotation.
Check the relief valve pressure setting on the pressure gauge.
Release the switch.
Adjust the pressure setting to the manufacturer's specification for the attachment that is being used.

Depress the switch for clockwise rotation.
Record the flow rate.Note: The flow rate is adjusted by restricting the return oil flow. Refer to Systems Operation, "Grapple Hydraulic System".
In order to adjust the flow for clockwise rotation, loosen locknut (20). Turn adjustment screw (21) in order to adjust the flow rate. Adjust the flow to the manufacturer's specifications.Note: Turn the adjustment screw clockwise in order to reduce the flow. Turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise in order to increase the flow.
