start by: a) remove glow plugsb) remove fuel injection valves1. Remove engine coolant-capacity 23 U.S. Gal. (87 liter).2. Remove mounting bolts from glow plug harness. Move the harness away from the precombustion chamber. 3. Remove the precombustion chamber with tool (A).4. Remove the gasket and O-ring from the precombustion chamber.Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Install the gasket (2) and O-ring (1) on the precombustion chamber.2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of precombustion chamber, and liquid soap on the O-ring. 3. Install precombustion chamber in head with tool (A). Tighten the precombustion chamber to a torque of 150 10 lb.ft. (20,7 1,38 mkg). If the glow plug is not in GO RANGE, note the range in which plug is positioned. Remove chamber and gasket. Install chamber with gasket called for below.Range 1 1S9326Range 2 9M4852Range 3 9M48534.
