Display System
The purpose of the instrument cluster is to visually present several different machine parameters to the user as well as an audible horn output. The instrument cluster displays parameters to the user through digitally controlled gauges and indicator lamps. The data input is from circuits on the machine and the Transmission ECM via a CAN data linkECPC Transmission Control
Autoshift Mode - When the machine is in autoshift mode, as selected by the Manual/Auto/VSC Switch, the control system automatically selects the transmission gear in response to the machine ground speed. The maximum gear limit is set by the twist grip on the shift handle. In this mode, the transmission is shifted assuming full throttle operation.Variable Shift Control Mode (VSC) - When in the variable shift control mode, the transmission is shifted similar to the autoshift mode, except, the shift points are modified dynamically using actual engine speed to account for part throttle operation of the machine. Manual Mode - When in manual mode, the transmission is placed in the gear selected by the operator through the column mounted twist grip regardless of machine ground speed.Brake Neutralization
The service brake neutralization feature neutralizes the transmission in response to the service brake pressure. Making the feature programmable means that the operator may change the brake pressure activation set point at which the transmission starts to neutralize.Remote FNR
Note: This is an optional attachment feautre. This feature is used to aid directional control by allowing the operator to control the direction of the machine from a rocker switch that is located on the implement control handle. When the column mounted shifter is placed in the neutral position, the remote FNR switch is used to control the direction of the machine. If the remote FNR switch is in the neutral position, the column-mounted shifter can be used to control the direction of the machine. In both cases, the machine speed is controlled by the twist grip on the column-mounted shifter. If neither the shift handle lever or the FNR switch is in the neutral position, the transmission will be neutralized.Neutral Start
The neutral start feature uses the ECM to combine the operator inputs in order to determine whether or not to energize the start relay coil. In order for neutral start to be enabled, a neutral directional request from the column-mounted shifter, the actual gear of the transmission shall be neutral, and the engine speed must be 0 RPM.Implement Lockout
The pilot hydraulic shutoff valve is controlled electrically. It allows the operator to turn off the hydraulic implements by use of a switch on the control panel. This provides the operator with the ability to disable the implements so that they cannot be unintentionally activated when performing certain machine functions, such as traveling on the road for example. A secondary purpose is that by controlling this feature through the machine control, it is possible to disable this valve in conjunction with the machine security system.Ride Control System
Note: This is an optional attachment feautre. The ride control feature is
