3. Remove elbow (4) for inlet air.4. Disconnect water line (3) from front of aftercooler. 5. Disconnect water line from elbow (6).6. Disconnect vent line (1) and air line (5) from the aftercooler housing.7. Fasten a hoist to the top of aftercooler housing.8. Remove the mounting bolts (2) and nuts, and remove aftercooler housing and core. Weight is 70 lb. (32 kg).9. Remove elbow mounting bolts, and pull the elbows (6) and (9) out of aftercooler housing.10. Remove the aftercooler core mounting bolts (7) and locks, and remove aftercooler core (8).Install Aftercooler Core
1. Put the aftercooler core into position in the housing. Install the bolts and locks.2. Install the elbows on each end of the aftercooler. 3. Fasten a hoist to the aftercooler.4. Put the aftercooler in position on the engine.5. Install the bolts and nuts that keep the aftercooler on the engine.6. Connect the vent line and the air line to the aftercooler.7. Connect the water lines to each end of the aftercooler.8. Install the elbow for inlet air.9. Put coolant in cooling system.10. Install the hood.
