Grease Pin Conversion
The following illustration and the parts list should be used in order to assemble the grease pin. Install seal (5), as shown. Shims (2) and (4) should be used in order to center the lift arms with the hinge plates of the bucket. The gap between the boss of the hinge plate and the boss of the lift arm should not exceed 1 mm (.04 inch).

The following illustrations and parts list should be used in order to assemble the MFL (Oil) Pin Kit. The hinge plate of the bucket must be drilled and tapped, as shown. The bore of the B-pin for the bucket and/or the lift arms may need to be line bored to a diameter of 164.4 .1 mm (6.472 .004 inch). Refer to the previous chart of compatibility.

(A) 80.82 mm (3.18 inch) (B) 80.82 mm (3.18 inch) (C) 80.82 mm (3.18 inch) (D) 80.82 mm (3.18 inch)Drill the two holes for the bolts (3) to a diameter of 21.5 mm (.85 inch) and 70 mm (2.75 inch) deep. Tap these two holes by using an M24 x 3 - 6H tap. The tapped hole should be 55 mm (2.17 inch) deep.
