Assembly Procedure
Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Verachtert parts for replacement.

Use a 7 mm hex socket and a ratchet in order to install valve (9) .

Install valve (3) to the manifold. The valve consists of the following items: plunger (8), guide (7), spring (6), spacer (5) and cap assembly (4) .

Install five O-ring seals (2) to the manifold.

Place valve (1) into position on the manifold. Install the four bolts that secure the valve.
