Left console (8) Oscillating axle/operating brake valveOscillating axle/operating brake valve (8) is a rotary slide valve that is mounted on the pilot control valve (stick or swing) by connector screws (7). The oscillating axle/operating brake valve includes plate (6), body (5) and rotary slide valve (4). Lever sleeve (1) is screwed into the rotary slide valve. The hydraulic oil comes through the connector screws that are on the plate.The oscillating axle/operating brake valve is a manually operated valve that directs the oil flow. The oscillating axle/operating brake valve has the following three operating positions and functions:Position I - The wheel brakes and oscillating axle stabilizers are released.Position II - The wheel brakes are released and the oscillating axle stabilizers are locked.Position III - The wheel brakes are applied and the oscillating axle stabilizers are locked.Note: When the oscillating axle/operating brake valve is placed in position III the parking brake is released.
