Adjust
1. Loosen bolt (1). 2. Loosen bolt (3).3. Use bolt (2) to adjust the drive chain. The drive chain should have less than 6.4 mm (.25 in) of play.4. Tighten bolts (1) and (3) after adjustment.Feeder Screw Conveyor Drive Chains

1. Loosen four bolts (1).2. Use bolt (2) to adjust the drive chain. With the drive chain adjusted properly, the screw conveyor should have less than 19 mm (.75 in) and more than 12.7 mm (.50 in) of radial movement.3. Tighten four bolts (1) after adjustment.Feeder System Drag Conveyor

Drag Bar To Support Clearance
(1) Chain. (2) Drag bar. (3) Drag chain sprocket. (4) Support.1. Lower the screed to the ground.2. Position drag chain (1) so that a bar (2) on drag chain sprocket (3) is facing the rear of the tractor.3. Starting with bar (2), count down and forward to the 2nd bar. The 2nd bar should be just touching supports (4).4. If any portion of the drag chain forward of the 2nd bar is touching the supports, or if the 2nd bar is not touching the supports, adjustment of the chain is necessary. 5. Raise cover (5) at the foot shaft.6. Remove rod (6) and use to turn adjustment rods (7) EQUALLY until the desired adjustment is achieved.7. Install rod (6) and lower cover (5).Fuel Washdown System
Change filter
When the pressure in the fuel washdown system drops to an unacceptable pressure, check system pressure and/or replace the filter at the pump.
