Main pump
(1) Locknut 18 mm (0.7 inch)
(2) Locknut 18 mm (0.7 inch)
(3) Locknut 14 mm (0.6 inch)
(4) Cap nut 32 mm (1.3 inch)
(5) Setscrew 4 mm (0.2 inch)
Loosen cap nut (4).
Loosen locknut (2).
Set start of control by turning locknut (1). Note: Turning locknut (1) clockwise will increase the output flow of the pump. Turning locknut (1) counterclockwise will decrease the output flow of the pump.
Retightening locknut (2) to 50 N m (37 lb ft).
Loosen locknut (3).
Set end of control by turning setscrew (5). Note: Turning setscrew (5) clockwise will increase the output flow of the pump. Turning setscrew (5) counterclockwise will decrease the output flow of the pump.
Retighten locknut (3) to 40 N m (30 lb ft).
Tighten cap nut (4) to 70 N m (52 lb ft).
