Use the procedure below for torquing the locknuts. Refer to Illustration 2 for the tightening sequence.
Tighten the locknuts in sequence to a torque of 23 3 N m (17 2 lb ft).
Tighten the locknuts in sequence to a torque of 28 3 N m (21 2 lb ft).
Tighten the locknuts in sequence to a torque of 28 3 N m (21 2 lb ft).
