start by: a) remove vibration damper & crankshaft hub 1. Use puller group (A) to remove the crankshaft front seal.2. Remove the wear sleeve from crankshaft.Install Crankshaft Front Seal And Wear Sleeve
1. Use tool setup (A) to install the wear sleeve as follows: a) Put the locator assembly in position on the crankshaft, and install the three screws.b) Put the wear sleeve on locator assembly with the bevel side toward front of engine.c) Install the sleeve installer ring, pusher plate, and nut.d) Tighten the nut until pusher plate is against locator assembly.e) Remove nut, pusher plate, and installer ring. 2. Install crankshaft front seal using tool setup (B) as follows: a) Put oil on lip of seal and outside diameter of crankshaft. Put the seal in position on locator assembly with lip toward rear of engine. Install remainder of tool setup (B).b) Tighten the nut until pusher plate is against locator assembly. Remove tool setup (B).end by: a) install vibration damper & crankshaft hub
