Removal Procedure

View from the rear of the engine
Remove clamps (1) .
Remove brackets (3) .
Position tube assemblies (2) out of the way.

Disconnect harness assemblies (4) .
Remove bracket (5) .
Remove bolts (6) and remove exhaust sensor lines group (7) .

Remove pressure sensor (9) .
Remove bolts (10) . Remove differential pressure sensor (8) .
Remove tube assemblies (11) .

Remove O-ring seals (12) .
Remove bolts (14) .
Separate venturi (13) from manifold (16) .
Remove O-ring seal (15) .Installation Procedure
Install exhaust sensor lines group (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten pressure sensor (9) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
Tighten clamp assemblies (1) to a torque of 8.5 2 N m (75 18 lb in).
