Remove two retaining rings (1) and withdraw shaft (2) .

Mark the top left boss and drill a 14 mm hole in the top left boss. See illustration 3.
Remove any old grease and dirt from the inside of the bosses. Lightly grease the bosses.

Install shaft (15). Install one adapter (17) and rotate shaft (15) until the tapped hole is in line with the clearance hole in the left side boss.
Install bolt (16) and two grease fittings (18) .

Remove bolt (8), plated washer (7) and sleeve (6). Withdraw pin (5) .

Remove four bolts (12), hard washers (13) and two end covers (11). Withdraw shaft (10).
Remove the quick coupler.

Lower the boom until the boom head rests firmly on ground. Remove two clips (4) and withdraw shaft (3). Lower lever (9) to the ground.

Extend the attachment tilt cylinder slowly until the lower pin (14) becomes accessible. Remove bolt (8), plated washer (7) and sleeve (6). Withdraw pin (14) and remove lever (9) .

Attach an in-line boring machine through the center bosses of the boom head. Bore both bosses in-line to 75 mm + 0.03 mm diameter.

Lightly grease the center bosses of the boom. Press fit the four bushings (22) and two spacers (24) into the center bosses of the boom head. Lightly grease the bushings.

Install lever (21) and insert shaft (23). Install one adapter (17) and rotate shaft (23) until the hole in the shaft is in line with the two holes in lever (21). Install roll pin (25) and the two grease fittings (18) .

Install pin (26). Reinstall sleeve (6), plated washer (7) and bolt (8). Install two grease fittings (18) .
Clean the bushings in the quick coupler and inspect the bushings in the quick coupler. Clean the bushings in each boss of the boom head and inspect the bushings in each boss of the boom head. Replace the bushings if the bushings are damaged or if the bushings show signs of wear. Lightly grease the bushings in the quick coupler and in the bosses of the boom head.

Slightly raise the boom. Position the quick coupler under the boom head and install shaft (19). Install four grease fittings (18) and two covers (20). Reinstall four washers (13) and bolts (12) .
Clean the exposed bushing in the link and inspect the bushing in the link. Replace the bushing if the bushing is damaged or if the bushing shows signs of wear. Lightly grease the bushing in the link.

Position the link for the quick hitch inside the bosses of lever (21). Reinstall pin (5), sleeve (6), plated washer (7) and bolt (8) .
Apply grease to all the grease fittings.
