start by:a) remove tip, arm or boom cylinders The bearings and tooling to remove and install the bearing in the tip, arm and boom cylinders is the same so the removal and installation of only one bearing will be shown. 1. Use tooling (A) as shown to remove the bearings and seals from the eyes of the cylinders. 2. Use tooling (B) to install the bearings and seals in the eyes of the cylinders and rods so the bearings are in the center of the eyes. Install the bearings so the joint in each bearing is at location "X" or "Y" which is 90° to the center line of the cylinder.end by:a) install tip, arm or boom cylinders
