Filler tube for the sump of the engine coupling
Check the oil level in the engine coupling daily. Remove the dipstick from the filler tube for the sump.
The machine must be on a level surface and the parking brake must be engaged.
When the engine is running at low idle, maintain the oil level between the "ADD" mark and the "FULL" mark. These marks are on the "LOW IDLE" side of dipstick.
When the engine is stopped, maintain the oil level between the "ADD" mark and the "FULL" mark. These marks are on the "ENGINE STOPPED" side of dipstick.
If necessary, add oil. Add oil through the filler tube. Note: The engine coupling uses the same oil as the engine. See Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for further information.
