Install Tooling (A) under rear of front frame, as shown.

Remove bolts (16). Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to cab (17).

Use suitable blocking between the rear axle and the frame in order to prevent the rear axle from oscillating.

Attach a suitable lift truck to the rear frame, as shown. Use a suitable chain in order to connect the rear frame to the lift truck, as shown.

Remove bolts (18). Remove bolts (19). Remove plate (20).

Use suitable cribbing and Tooling (C) to remove lower pin assembly (21).

Remove bolt (22) and the washer. Remove upper pin assembly (23).

Use suitable lifting device in order to apply upward pressure to cab (17). Use the suitable lifting device that is connected to cab (17) and the suitable lift truck to slowly separate the rear frame from the front frame. Support the front of the rear frame on Tooling (A), as shown. Support the rear of the rear frame by using Tooling (D), as shown.

On the front of the rear frame, remove bolts (24). Remove upper cap (25) and lower cap (26). Remove seals (27). Remove shims (28).

Use Tooling (F) to remove lower hitch bearing assemblies (29) and (30).

On the rear of the front frame, remove bolts (31). Remove upper cap (32) and lower cap (33). Remove shims (34). Remove seals (35).

Use Tooling (E) to remove the upper hitch bearing assemblies (36) and (37). Remove sleeve bearings (38).
