1 4 191-8921 Bolt Torque to 14 2 N m (124 18 lb in).
2 1 - Use the following tightening procedure:
1. Tighten inner nut to 13 2 N m (115 18 lb in).
2. Tighten outer nut to 38 2 N m (28 1 lb ft).
3. Hold inner nut steady while tightening outer nut.
3 1 - Torque to 57.5 2.5 N m (42.4 1.8 lb ft).
4 1 - Use the following tightening procedure during wiper arm installation:
1. Tighten the wiper arm assembly to 37.5 2.5 N m (331.9 22.1 lb in).
2. Wait for 0.5 hour.
3. Again, tighten the wiper arm assembly to 37.5 2.5 N m (331.9 22.1 lb in).
