3. Remove hold down assembly (1). Use a hoist to remove the batteries from the machine. Weight of each battery is 160 lb. (73 kg). 4. Use rod (2) to release the seat.5. Use a hoist to remove the seat from the machine. Weight is 60 lb. (27 kg). 6. Disconnect rods (4) and (5).7. Put identification on the wires that are connected to switches (3). Disconnect the wires from the switches. Remove the battery cables from the seat frame assembly. 8. Remove floor plates (6).9. Remove the bolts that hold the seat frame assembly in position.10. Use a hoist to remove the seat frame assembly from the machine. Weight is 120 lb. (54.4 kg).Install Seat And Seat Frame Assembly
1. Use a hoist to put the seat assembly in position. 2. Install floor plates (1).3. Connect the wires to their correct locations on switches (2) and (3).4. Connect rods to levers (4).5. Connect rod (6) to lever (5).6. Put battery cables (8) and (9) in position in the seat frame assembly. 7. Use a hoist to put seat (7) in position in the seat frame assembly.8. Use a hoist to install the batteries.9. Install the hold down on the batteries. 10. Connect battery cables (8), (9) and (10) to their correct locations on the batteries. 11. Install cover assembly (11) over the batteries.
