Use three hard washers (40) and three bolts (39) in order to install guard (35) to the tilt cylinder (left side). Tighten bolts (39) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).
Use hard washer (40) and bolt (39) in order to install bracket (63) to guard (35) and the tilt cylinder. Tighten bolt (39) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).
Install grommet (67) to hose (42). Use hard washer (40) and bolt (39) in order to assemble clip (65) and clip (66) to grommet (67) and to bracket (63). Tighten bolt (39) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).

Use six hard washers (40) and six bolts (62) in order to install guard (55), center guard (56), and guard (57) to the blocks on the bulldozer blade. Tighten bolts (62) to a torque of 120 20 N m (90 15 lb ft).

Remove the covers from the manifold on the radiator guard housing. Use two O-Ring seals (48), four flanges, eight washers, and eight bolts to connect hoses (46) and (47) to the manifold on the radiator housing. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft). The items that are not numbered are part of the tilt cylinder lines.
Check the oil in the hydraulic tank. Add oil, if necessary. Cycle the cylinders through a full stroke in both directions in order to purge any air from the lines and from the cylinders. Refill the hydraulic tank to the full mark.

(H) 25 to 45 mm (1.0 to 1.8 inch)
An improperly adjusted brace assembly causes binding between the surfaces of pivot pin (6) and of the mounted bracket on the bulldozer blade. Check clearance (H) between pivot pin (6) and C-frame assembly (7). If the desired dimension of 25 to 45 mm (1.0 to 1.8 inch) is not achieved, then adjust the lower arm assemblies (21) on both sides of the machine. See Illustration 49.
After the assembly is complete, prepare the machine for operation. Refer to your machine's Operation and Maintenance Manual for instructions.Standard Torque for Fasteners
