Removal Procedure

Position the bucket on the ground. Remove bolts (1). Remove bolts (2) and shims (3).

Lift seals (4) and place seals (4) on top of the bucket flange. Repeat for the other side.

Remove pins (5) and (6). Use the machine's hydraulics in order to lift the stick away from bucket (7). The weight of bucket (7) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb).

Remove retainer (8) and seals (4). Installation Procedure

Install seals (4) and retainer (8).

Use the machine's hydraulics in order to lower the stick onto bucket (7). The weight of bucket (7) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb). Install pins (5) and (6).

Position seals (4) into the groove of the bucket pins. Repeat for the other side.

Install shims (3) and bolts (2). Install bolts (1).
