PEDAL GP-BRAKE 1561698 - Caterpillar

Place block (8), and block (9) onto the valve block. Refer to illustration 2.
Place Plate (3) onto block (8), and (9). Secure the plate with four bolts (29), and four washers (32).
Install two bolts (31), and two washers (32).
Attach Control Valve (2) to plate (3). Use four bolts (23), and four washers (30).
Install connector (12) into port "LS" of control valve (2).
Install connector (13) into port "T", and port "P" of control valve (2).
Install swivel adapter (28) with O-ring seal (21) into control valve (2).
Attach union (17) to swivel adapter (28).
Attach cap (26) to union (17).

Install connector (10) to control valve (2).
Attach cap (26) to connector (10).

(22) 4T-1860 Shuttle ValveNote: Do not install shuttle valve (22) when used with a universal quick coupler circuit.
Remove 148-8407 Plug As from the main valve. Install shuttle valve (22) into the main valve. Refer to illustration 5.

Install connector (19) into the main valve.
Attach shuttle valve (1) to connector (19).
If using Universal Quick Coupler Circuit, connect elbow (24) and (25) to shuttle valve (1).
In not using Universal Quick Coupler Circuit, use elbow (14).
Install the angled end of hose (5) to port "LS" of control valve (2).
Install the straight end of hose (5) to elbow (25).

Install elbow (15) to port "T" of control valve (2).
Attach the angled end of hose (4) to elbow (15) at port "T".
Use tee (15), and reducer (18) to attach the straight end of hose (4) to the swing motor.
Install elbow (15) onto port "P" of the control valve.
Attach the angled end of hose (6) to elbow (15) at port "P" of control valve (2).

Remove Bolts (B), tube assembly (A), and seal (C) from the bottom of the main valve.

Install Tube assembly (7) in place of tube assembly (A). Use seal (20), and bolts (27).
Install connector (11) into tube assembly (7).
Attach the straight end of hose (6) to connector (11).
Unless specified, tighten all hardware and fittings to standard torque.
