Information:

1. Disconnect hose assembly (1) from fuel transfer pump (3).2. Remove two bolts (2) and the washers. Remove fuel transfer pump (3). Be careful not to damage the aluminum sealing surface for the O-ring.3. Remove the O-ring seal from the body of the fuel transfer pump. The following steps are for the installation of the fuel transfer pump.4. Check the condition of the O-ring seal used on the body of the fuel transfer pump. If the seal is worn or damaged, use a new part for replacement. Install the O-ring seal on the body of the fuel transfer pump. Put clean engine oil on the O-ring seal.5. Install fuel transfer pump (3) and the two washers and bolts (2) that hold it.6. Connect hose assembly (1) to fuel transfer pump (3). Connect the fuel supply line to the fuel transfer pump.
