Separate the track.

Position sprocket segment (2) at the bottom of the final drive.
Attach Tooling (A) to a suitable lifting device. Position Tooling (A) under sprocket segment (2). The weight of sprocket segment (2) is approximately 55 kg (122 lb).
Remove nuts (1). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device to remove sprocket segment (2).
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the remaining sprocket segments.Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to put sprocket segment (2) in position on the final drive. The weight of sprocket segment (2) is approximately 55 kg (122 lb).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of the bolts. If the washers were removed, apply Tooling (B) to the face of the washers.
Install nuts (1) hand tight.
Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the remaining sprocket segments.
Use a ratchet strap to apply inward radial force to all sprocket segments (2). Apply inward radial force before adjusting the torque and during the tightening procedure.Note: Ensure that all sprocket segments (2) are in contact at Location (X).
Tighten nuts (1) to a torque of 870 70 N m (640 50 lb ft). Tighten nuts (1) by an additional 120 5°.End By:
Connect the track.
