Install spacer (12) to shaft assembly (5) .

Lower the temperature of bearing cup (11) (not shown) and install bearing cup (11) to hub assembly (2). Install bearing cone (10) to hub assembly (2). Apply Tooling (B) to the bearing. Use Tooling (A) in order to install lip seal (9) to hub assembly (2). Apply Tooling (B) to lip seal (9). Apply 9 g (.32 oz) of Tooling (B) in the lower seal cavity.

Lower the temperature of bearing cup (8) (not shown) and install bearing cup (8) to hub assembly (2). Install bearing cone (7) to hub assembly (2). Apply Tooling (B) to the bearing. Apply Tooling (B) to spacer tube (6). Install spacer tube (6) to hub assembly (2). Apply 23 g (.81 oz) of Tooling (B) in the cavity between the bearings.

Apply Tooling (B) to shaft assembly (5). Slide hub assembly (2) onto shaft assembly (5).

Install plate (4) to hub assembly (2). Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolt (3) and install bolt (3). Apply 21 g (.74 oz) of Tooling (B) in the cavity above plate (4) .

Install plug (1) to hub assembly (2) .End By: Install the fan drive assembly to the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
