Connect hose (30) and install hose clamp (29). Tighten hose clamp (29) to a torque of 8.5 1.0 N m (75.23 8.85 lb in). Install overflow hose (28). Tighten hose clamp (45) to a torque of 1.4 0.3 N m (12.39 2.66 lb in). Install the hose clip and bolt (31).
Install hose assembly (27) and hose assemblies (26) .

Connect harness assemblies (25), (24), and (23). Attach cable straps (22) .

Connect harness assembly (19) to the pressure sensor. Attach cable straps (20) in order to secure harness assembly (19) to air cleaner (21) and the pressure sensor. Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

Install tube assembly (17). Tighten clamp (18). Tighten stepped clamp (16) to a torque of 68 12 N m (50 9 lb ft).Note: The gap in stepped clamp (16) is to be oriented between the slots.

Install heat shields (15) .
Install tube assembly (13). Tighten clamps (14) to a torque of 7.5 1.0 N m (66.38 8.85 lb in).
Repeat Steps 12 through 14 for the opposite side of the machine.

Install hoses (12). Connect hose clamps (11) and tighten hose clamps (10) to a torque of 4.5 1.0 N m (39.83 8.85 lb in).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (9). The combined weight of panel assembly (9) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install panel assembly (9). Remove Tooling (A) and install bolts (8) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to panel assembly (7). The weight of panel assembly (7) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to install panel assembly (7) .

Install baffles (6) .

Position pre-cleaner (3). Position and tighten hose clamp (5) to a torque of 4.5 1.0 N m (39.83 8.85 lb in). Position and tighten hose clamp (4) to a torque of 4.5 1.0 N m (39.83 8.85 lb in).

Install panel (1) and close door (2). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.
