Fan Pump Suction Line (1) 148-8317 Connector As (2) 296-7207 Hose As (3) 188-2008 Elbow As
Remove the former 6V-8637 Connector, the 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal, and the 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal from the fan pump. Install the new connector assembly (1) on the fan pump. Refer to Illustration 1 and Table 1.
Remove the former 6V-9004 Elbow, the 3D-2824 O-Ring Seal, and the 6V-9746 O-Ring Seal from the pump suction tube assembly. Install the new elbow assembly (3) on the pump suction tube assembly.
Remove the former 212-5520 Hose As. Install the new hose assembly (2) .Note: Tighten the new hose assembly to a torque of 150 15 N m (110 10 lb ft).

Remove the former 201-3883 Support As. Install the new support assembly (5). Refer to Illustration 2.
Remove the former 5P-7854 Clip. Install the new clip (4) and secure the new hose assembly.
