Remove the valve cover.Note: Clean oil from the top of the plug (1) before continuing the disassembly procedure.
Remove the plug (1) and the seal from the body assembly (2).
Remove the prechamber check valve (3) and the gasket. Remove the O-ring seal from the prechamber check valve.Installation Procedure

Apply Tooling (A) to the outside of the O-ring seal.
Install the prechamber check valve (3). Tighten the prechamber check valve to a torque of 115 15 N m (85 11 lb ft).
Install the plug (1) and the seal in the body assembly (2). Tighten the plug to a torque of 15 N m (132 lb in).
Install the valve cover.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove the plug (1) and the seal from the body assembly (2).

Install the valve cover.
