Move right hopper switch (5) to the RAISE position. Release the switch when the right hopper cylinder is retracted completely.
Move screed lift switch (6) to the FLOAT position. Lower the screed to the ground.Note: The screed lift switch on the inactive instrument panel must also be in the FLOAT position in order to lower the screed.
After the screed rests on the ground, move screed lift switch (6) to the HOLD position.

Move throttle control switch (7) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.

Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position after the engine reaches low idle.

Engage hopper lock pin (9) on the right side of the machine.
Assemble Tool (A) .
Assemble Tool (B) .
Assemble two sets of Tool (C) .
Connect Tool (A) to one Tool (C). Connect Tool (B) to other Tool (C)

Open access panel (10) on the right side of the machine.

Top of Generator Pump
Remove the cap from port "G" (12) of the generator pump.
Connect Tool (B) to port "G" (12) .
Remove the cap from port "MB" (11) of the generator pump.
Connect Tool (A) to fitting (11) .

Disconnect generator supply hose (13) from generator supply tube at reducer (14).
Cap reducer (14) with Tool (E). Plug hose (13) with Tool (D) .
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the engine start switch when the engine starts.
Move throttle control switch (7) to the HIGH IDLE position twice. For each switch activation, hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).

Move generator switch (15) to the ON position.
Record the pressure at port "MB" (11) of the generator pump.
Record the pressure at port "G" (12) of the generator pump.
Subtract the pressure recorded in Step 28 from the pressure recorded in Step 27. The differential pressure should be 30000 1400 kPa (4350 203 psi).
Move throttle control switch (7) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the pressure is outside the specified range, go to Step 33. If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 37.

Remove cap (16) from the POR valve on the generator pump.

Loosen locknut (17), and turn adjustment screw (18). Clockwise rotation increases POR pressure. Counterclockwise rotation decreases POR pressure.
Hold adjustment screw (18). Tighten locknut (17) .
Go to Step 23.
Remove the tools. Reconnect hose (13) to reducer (14) .
Close access panel (10) .
