Generator Enable Switch Symbol
The Operator Monitor will display the Generator symbol in one of the following three colors when the Generator Enable switch (2) is in the ON position:
Green, to indicate that the Generator is ON.
Red, to indicate that the Generator cannot start because of "Low Hydraulic Oil Temperature".
Yellow, to indicate that the Hydraulic Oil Temperature has reached the normal operating temperature. The operator must toggle the Generator Enable switch to start the Generator.Before operating the magnet, make sure that the following conditions are met:
The installation status of the generator must be set to "installed" at the ET configuration screen.
The generator must be selected as the active tool in the monitor.
The generator switch (2) inside the cab, the main disconnect switch at the magnet control panel must be in the ON position.
The left armrest is in the lowered position.
The Swing Lock and Work Tool Control Function is deactivated on the Soft Switch Panel
The temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 15° C (59° F), to enable the generator system.
The speed of the generator is adjusted to 1750 50 RPM.
The output voltage of the generator is adjusted to 240 5 VDC. The magnet cannot be connected to the system during this adjustment.Work Tool Select

Home Screen of Operator Monitor
The Home screen of the Operator Monitor is displayed when the keyswitch for the machine is turned to the ON position. Press the "Menu" key to display the menu options.

Main Menu Screen of Operator Monitor
Use the arrow buttons at the bottom of the Operator Monitor panel to select "Work Tool Select" from the "Main Menu" screen. Press the "OK" key, indicated at the bottom of the Operator Monitor panel.

Work Tool Select Screen of Operator Monitor
Use the arrow keys, located at the bottom of the monitor panel, to highlight the "Generator" function. When you return to the home screen, the "Generator" will be listed as the active tool.

Left Joystick
Magnet OFF (Drop) (10) - Press the switch on the front of the left joystick to turn off the magnet.
