Personal injury can result from hot coolant, steam and alkali.At operating temperature, engine coolant is hot and under pressure. The radiator and all lines to heaters or the engine contain hot coolant or steam. Any contact can cause severe burns.Remove filler cap slowly to relieve pressure only when engine is stopped and radiator cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not attempt to tighten hose connections when the coolant is hot, the hose can come off causing burns.Cooling System Conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Coolant level sight gauge for the tractor
The coolant level sight gauge for the tractor is located on top of the radiator on the right side of the coolant tank.

Coolant level sight gauge for the scraper
The coolant level sight gauge for the scraper is located on top of the radiator on the right side of the coolant tank.
Park the machine on level ground. Engage the parking brake.
Stop the engine.
Check the coolant level in the sight gauge. If the coolant level is at the bottom of the sight gauge, more coolant is needed. Note: The filler tube has an angled cut inside of the coolant tank that can also be used to check the coolant level. Add coolant when the coolant level reaches the bottom of the angled cut on the filler tube.
If additional coolant is needed, clean the area around the cooling system pressure cap of any dirt or debris. This must be done before the cooling system pressure cap can be removed.
Slowly remove the cooling system pressure cap in order to release pressure.
Add more coolant. Note: The radiator is full when the sight gauge is completely covered. Also, the radiator is full when the coolant level reaches the top of the angled cut on the filler tube.
Clean the cooling system pressure cap. Install the cooling system pressure cap.
