2. Remove three screws (1) and guard (2) at the cab door opening. 3. Remove three screws (3) and cover (4) from inside the cab. 4. Remove heater duct tube (5). 5. Remove four screws (7) from cover (6) of the rear compartment. 6. Open the rear compartment. Remove four screws (9) that hold cover (6) in position. Remove the cover. Remove four screws (10) that hold cover group (8) to the rear of the cab. 7. Remove the bolt, the washer and nut (12) that hold electrical connectors (11) to cover group (8) at the rear of the cab. 8. Release clamp (13). Remove hose (14) from cover group (8). Remove cover group (8) from the cab. 9. Remove two bolts (16), the washers and cover (15) from the cab. 10. Put identification marks on four electrical connectors (17) for installation purposes. Disconnect four electrical connectors (17).11. Disconnect air duct tube (18). 12. Remove four screws (19). Remove air duct tube (20) from the cab. 13. Disconnect electrical connector (21).14. Remove nine bolts (22) that hold the cab to the operators platform. 15. Remove three bolts (23) and handle assembly (24) from the cab. 16. Fasten a hoist to the top of cab (25) as shown. Carefully remove the cab from the machine. The weight of the cab is 295 kg (650 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the cab. 17. Fasten a hoist to cab (25) as shown. Carefully put the cab in position on the operators platform. 18. Install handle assembly (24) and three bolts (23). 19. Install nine bolts (22) that hold the cab to the operators platform.20. Connect electrical connector (21). 21. Connect air duct tube (20) to the cab with four screws (19). 22. Connect air duct tube (18) inside the cab.23. Connect four electrical connectors (17) in their original locations. 24. Put cover (15) in position in the cab. Install two bolts (16) and the washers that hold the cover. 25. Put cover group (8) in position in the cab. Connect hose (14) to the cover group. Install clamp (13) to hold the hose to the cover group. 26. Put electrical connectors (11) in position on cover group (8). Install the bolt, the washer and nut (12) that hold the electrical connectors to the cover group. 27. Install four screws that hold cover group (8) to the rear of the cab. Put cover (6) in position in the cab. Install four screws (9) that hold the cover. 28. Install four screws (7) in cover (6). 29. Install heater duct tube (5). 30. Put cover (4) in position in the cab. Install three screws (3) that hold the cover in position. 31. Put guard (2) in position at the door opening of the cab. Install three screws (1) that hold the guard in position.32. Install the rubber floor mat in the cab.
