Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (B) to engine enclosure (18). The weight of engine enclosure (18) is approximately 304 kg (670 lb). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to position engine enclosure (18) to the machine.

Connect ground shut off switch (20).
Install bolts and spacers (19). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Install bolts (21). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

Connect harness assemblies (16) and (17) .

Install bracket (14). Connect cable assemblies (15) .

Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 138 kPa (20 psi). This procedure will pull a vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Position plate (9). Connect harness assembly (10). Install grommet (11). Connect hose assembly (12). Connect harness assemblies (13) .

Remove Tooling (A) and the air supply.

Position extension (3) and tighten clamp (4). Connect hoses (2), (5), and (7). Connect clip (6). Install extension assembly (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
