Lower the temperature of three outer bearings (9). Use Tooling (A) in order to install the three outer bearings.
Install clip (11) with the washer and bolt (10) .Note: Do not tighten bolt (10) at this time.

Install tube assembly (16) and the oil level gauge through the top of the housing assembly and into clip (11). Tighten bolt (10) .

Heat six bearing inner races (8) before installation. Install the bearing inner races on the three gears.

Place the three marked gears (7) in position on the housing assembly.

Use Tooling (B) in order to install three retaining rings (3) .

Turn the housing assembly to the opposite side. Install outer bearing (6) with Tooling (A) .

Apply 1U-8846 Sealant to the mating surface of the lower half of housing assembly (2) .

Install Tooling (C) to the top half of housing assembly (2). Use a strap and a suitable lifting device in order to install housing assembly (2) .
Install the washers and bolts (1) .End By: Install the pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pump Drive - Install" for the correct procedure.
