Remove sheet assembly (7) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (9) and (10). Remove bolts (11), bolts (13), and refrigerant condenser (12) .

Remove bolts (14), bolts (16), and bracket (15). Remove refrigerant condenser (127) .

Remove bolts (18) and guard assembly (19) .

Remove fan (20). Disconnect harness assembly (22). Remove bolts (21) and motor assembly (23) (not shown).Installation Procedure

Position motor assembly (23) (not shown) and install bolts (21). Connect harness assembly (22). Install fan (20) .

Position guard assembly (19) and install bolts (18) .

Install refrigerant condenser (12). Position bracket (15) and install bolts (14) and bolts (16) .

Position refrigerant condenser (12) and install bolts (11) and bolts (13). Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10). Tighten hose assemblies (9) and (10) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).

Connect harness assembly (8) .

Install sheet assembly (7) .

Position tube assembly (4) and install bolts (5). Tighten clamp (6) to a torque of 20 3 N m (14 2 lb ft). Install handrail assembly (3) .

Close doors (1) and (2) .
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
