17. Connect parking brake linkage (9) six hose assemblies (10). 18. Connect hose assemblies (4), (5) and (7), hose clamp (6) and tube assembly (8) to the back of the hydraulic tank. 19. Connect hose assembly (1), tube assemblies (2) and hose clamp (3) to the back of the hydraulic tank.20. Fill the hydraulic oil tank with oil to the correct level. Start By:a. remove hydraulic tank 1. Support hydraulic oil tank and remove three bolts (1) and washers. Disconnect one electrical connector (2). Remove hydraulic line (3). Attach a lifting strap to plate (4) and remove it from the hydraulic oil tank. Weight of the plate and valves is 23 kg (50 lb). 2. Remove hose assembly (5).3. Remove two bolts (6) and the washers from the hydraulic oil tank.4. Disconnect two electrical connectors (8) to remove wire assembly (7).5. Remove oil level sensor (9) and oil temperature sensor (10). 6. Replace O-ring (11) on oil level sensor (9) if necessary. 7. Replace O-ring (12) on oil temperature sensor (10) if necessary. 8. Attach Tooling (B), lifting straps and a hoist as shown. Remove sixty bolts (13), washers and nuts (14) and separate the two tank halves.
View Of Inside Of Upper Half Of Tank9. Remove two bolts (15) while holding retainer (16) to prevent the gauge from falling. 10. Remove two O-ring seals (17) from retainer (16). Replace seals if worn or damaged. Remove grommet (18) and sight glass (19).
View Of Inside Of Lower Half Of Tank11. Remove six bolts (21). Remove baffle assembly (20) from inside of the tank 12. Remove two bolts (23) and remove filter base (22) from the outside of the tank. 13. Remove studs (24) from filter base (22). Remove eleven seals (25) from the filter base. 14. Remove two bolts and washers (27) while holding cover (26) in position. Note the orientation of the bracket on cover (26) for assembly purposes. 15. Remove cover (26), O-ring seal (30), spring (29) and valve (28) from filter base (22). 16. Remove four bolts (31) and two tube assemblies (32). Inspect O-ring seals under tube assemblies (32) for wear and damage. 17. Remove hydraulic cap (33) from the tank. 18. Remove snap ring (34) from the hydraulic cap. 19. Remove gasket (38), plate (37), ball (36) and cover (35) from inside of hydraulic cap (33). 20. Remove locking ring (39) and strainer assembly (40) from the filler neck. 21. Remove nuts (42) and washers and remove drain valve body (41) from the tank. 18. Remove drain plug (43) from drain valve body (41). Remove O-ring seal (46) from drain
