Remove the Clean Emission Module (CEM) from the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR9869, "Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install".

Remove all hose assemblies connecting to the 366-2485 Gear Pump Gp (A). keep aside all the hose assemblies
Remove 366-2485 Gear Pump Gp (A) and 363-0172 Power Take-Off Adapter Gp (B). Discard all parts.
Cap all hose assemblies and lines group.

Assemble new adapter assembly (1) using gasket (2), bolt (2), bolt (3), three bolts (4), and bolt (5) .

Assemble new gear pump group (6) using elbow (7), O-Ring seal (8), O-Ring seal (9), gasket (10), two bolts (11), two hard washers (13), O-Ring seal (14), connector (15), two O-Ring seals (16), O-Ring seal (17), and elbow (18) .

(C) is 20 degrees (D) is 45 degrees
Orient adapter assembly (1) as per the angle shown in Illustration 5.

Install new adapter assembly (1) to motor then install new gear pump group (6) to adapter assembly (1) .Note: Do not apply grease to the splines.
Install all hose assemblies to the new gear pump group (6) .
Secure all hose assemblies using existing hardware and ensure that no rubbing of hose assemblies.
Install the Clean Emission Module (CEM) to the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR9869, "Clean Emissions Module - Remove and Install".
Start and check for leaks and operation.
