Tilt cylinder hoses may rub against the tilt cylinder mounting and fail on the machines listed above.Solution
In the event of failure, replace the hose assembly with the same part as listed in Table 1.

461-0832 Hose As Inspect the hoses as per Operation and Maintenance Manual, at scheduled maintenance intervals.Create a GDSN Product Health Service Request (SR) with priority of "Product Inquiry / Informational". Add any pertinent photos and detailed failure information for the product group. Mention the CPI number #352842 in the CPI field (and /or) mention the TIB media number in the description or title (searchable fields). Then close the service request at the dealership without submitting to Caterpillar. This will alert the CPI Team that you have documented this failure in PSCRM.
