Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the pilot valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Valve (Swing) - Remove".Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove screw (2) and shaft (1) .

Remove two bolts (3) and cover (4) .

Remove two rods (7) and seats (5). Remove the O-ring seals (6) from seats (5) .

Remove spool assembly (9) and spring (8) .

Apply downward pressure on seat (14) in order to compress spring (13). Remove split washer (15). Remove seat (14), spring (13) and washers (12) and (11) from spool (10) .
Repeat step 5 for the disassembly of the other spool assembly.
