Thickness is 3.288 0.013 mm (0.1295 0.0005 inch).
10 2 208-7535 Thrust Washer All contact surface area to be clean and dry. Clean with Solvo-clean 68-0 or equivalent.
Apply green Loctite 620 to case assembly where washer will contact.
Assemble the washer with screws finger tight and torque two opposite sides.
11 8 127-1960 Flat Head Screw Apply sufficient green Loctite 620 to lock threads and bond screw head to washer.
12 12 8T-0207 Bolt Torque to 300 40 N m (221 30 lb ft).
