Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, clean all parts thoroughly in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seal (62), O-ring seal (61), and backup ring (60) to cartridge (63).
Install cartridge (63) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (63) to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (22.5 2.6 lb ft).
Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 in order to assemble and to install cartridge assembly (58) and cartridge assembly (59).
Install O-ring seal (49), backup ring (50), O-ring seal (51), backup ring (52), backup ring (53), O-ring seal (54), and backup ring (55) to cartridge (48).
Install cartridge (48) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (48) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 28 lb ft).
Install coil (47) and nut (46) to cartridge (48).
Repeat Step 4 through Step 6 in order to assemble and to install cartridge assembly (37), cartridge assembly (38), and cartridge assembly (57).
Install O-ring seal (42), backup ring (43), O-ring seal (44), and backup ring (45) to cartridge (41).
Install cartridge (41) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (41) to a torque of 27 N m (20 lb ft).
Install coil (40) and nut (39) to cartridge (41).
Install O-ring seal (33), backup ring (34), O-ring seal (35), and backup ring (36) to cartridge (32).
Install cartridge (32) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (32) to a torque of 47.5 2.5 N m (35 1.8 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (31), coil (30), O-ring seal (29), and nut (28) to cartridge (32).
Install O-ring seal (22), backup ring (23), O-ring seal (24), backup ring (25), O-ring seal (26), and backup ring (27) to cartridge (21).
Install cartridge (21) to control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (21) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 28 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (13), backup ring (14), O-ring seal (15), backup ring (16), backup ring (17), O-ring seal (18), and backup ring (19) to cartridge (12).
Install cartridge (12) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (12) to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (22.5 2.6 lb ft).
Install coil (11) and nut (10) to cartridge (12).
Repeat Step 16 through Step 18 in order to assemble and install cartridge assembly (20).
Install O-ring seal (6), backup ring (7), O-ring seal (8), and backup ring (9) to cartridge (5).
Install cartridge (5) into control valve (56). Tighten cartridge (5) to a torque of 30.5 3.5 N m (22.5 2.6 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (4), coil (3), O-ring seal (2), and nut (1) to cartridge (5). End By:
Install the control valve (auxiliary). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Auxiliary) - Remove and Install".
