Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control valve (auxiliary). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Auxiliary) - Remove and Install". Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, clean all parts thoroughly in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Remove nut (1), O-ring seal (2), coil (3), and O-ring seal (4) from cartridge (5).
Remove cartridge (5) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (9), O-ring seal (8), backup ring (7), and O-ring seal (6) from cartridge (5).
Remove nut (10) and coil (11) from cartridge (12).
Remove cartridge (12) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (19), O-ring seal (18), backup ring (17), backup ring (16), O-ring seal (15), backup ring (14), and O-ring seal (13) from cartridge (12).
Repeat Step 4 through Step 6 in order to remove and disassemble cartridge assembly (20).
Remove cartridge (21) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (27), O-ring seal (26), backup ring (25), O-ring seal (24), backup ring (23), and O-ring seal (22) from cartridge (21).
Remove nut (28), O-ring seal (29), coil (30), and O-ring seal (31) from cartridge (32).
Remove cartridge (32) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (36), O-ring seal (35), backup ring (34), and O-ring seal (33) from cartridge (32).
Remove nut (39) and coil (40) from cartridge (41).
Remove cartridge (41) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (45), O-ring seal (44), backup ring (43), and O-ring seal (42) from cartridge (41).
Remove nut (46) and coil (47) from cartridge (48).
Remove cartridge (48) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (55), O-ring seal (54), backup ring (53), backup ring (52), O-ring seal (51), backup ring (50), and O-ring seal (49) from cartridge (48).
Repeat Step 16 through Step 18 in order to remove and to disassemble cartridge assembly (37), cartridge assembly (38), and cartridge assembly (57).
Remove cartridge (63) from control valve (56).
Remove backup ring (60), O-ring seal (61), and O-ring seal (62) from cartridge (63).
Repeat Step 20 and Step 21 in order to remove and to disassemble cartridge assembly (58) and cartridge assembly (59).
