Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to lower cooling system package (16). The weight of cooling system package (16) is approximately 363 kg (800 lb). Lower cooling system package (16) in order to allow enough space for the installation of tube (18) .
Install tube (18) .
Continue to lower cooling system package (16) into position and install bolts (17) on both sides.

Remove Tooling (B) from cooling system package (16) .

Connect hose assembly (15) .

Disconnect hoses (14) .

Connect hose (13) .

Connect tube (12) .

Connect tube (11) on both sides.

Install engine oil dipstick (9) and grommet (10) .

Connect hose assemblies (5) and tube (4) .

Remove Tooling (A) from hydraulic tank (1) .
Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Refill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Refill Capacities".
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.
Close the engine hood.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
