1. Turn water valve (1) to the OFF position. 2. Disconnect hoses (2) and (3) from the water spray pump. 3. Disconnect electrical connector (5) and hose (4) from the water spray pump. Remove all cable ties that fasten the wiring harness to the frame. 4. Remove two bolts (8), and remove cover (6), clamp (7) and water spray pump (9). For installation of the water spray pump, reverse the removal steps.Disassemble & Assemble Water Spray Pump
Start By:a. remove water spray pump The photographs show a water spray pump from another model, only the mounting bracket is different. The procedure for the disassembly is correct.1. Thoroughly clean the outside of the water spray pump prior to disassembly. 2. Remove four screws (2) and water pressures switch (1). 3. Remove spring (4) and retainer (5) from cover (3).4. Move cover (3) out of the way, and remove valve (10), spring (9) and plunger (8) from cover (6).5. Remove six screws (7) and cover (6). 6. Remove housing (11) and the diaphragm assembly from the motor assembly. 7. Remove three screws (12), and remove drive assembly (13) and diaphragm assembly (14) from housing (11). For assembly of the water spray pump, reverse the disassembly steps.End By:a. install water spray pump
