Display
The "Display" provides fault codes and fault messages to help troubleshoot system problems. When a fault is detected a message appears on the LCD of the "Display". There are two kinds of faults that appear on the "Display":Caution - A function has been initiated, but the function cannot be carried out.Warning - A fatal error when something must be repaired. A fatal error when something must be replaced.The "Display" is used in order to view which components are connected to the system. The "Display" is also used to access the "Diagnostic Menu" in order to aid in diagnosing system problems. The following section describes the "Diagnostic Menu" options that are available.Diagnostics
Test Valves
The "Test Valves" menu allows the hydraulic control valves to be driven manually in order to verify correct operation of the display, implement/valve control, and the hydraulic control valve.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Test Valves Menu".Hour Meter
The "Hour Meter" menu shows the length of time that the Display has been operating. The "Hour Meter" menu also shows the length of time the automatic controls have been used with the Display.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Hour Meter Menu".Software Versions
The "Software Versions" menu identifies which AccuGrade - Grade Control System components are currently being used. The "Software Versions" menu also shows the versions of software that is loaded in to the AccuGrade - Grade Control System components.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Software Versions Menu".Sensor Data
The "Sensor Data" menu shows the current sensor data for each of the connected devices.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Sensor Data Menu".Fault History
The Fault History menu shows the AccuGrade - Grade Control System faults.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Fault History Menu".Note: The last five faults are stored and can be retrieved even if power to the system is lost.Machine Voltage
The "Machine Voltage" menu shows the voltage that the system is receiving.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Machine Voltage Menu".Test Control Box
The "Test Control Box" menu allows you to test the switches that are configured in the Display for proper operation. The "Test Control Box" menu also allows you to test the Display for proper operation. All switches are available for testing except for the "Power/Setup" Switch, the "ESC/Left reset" button, and the "OK/Right Reset" button.Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting, "Test Control Box Menu".
