Disconnect harness assembly (8). Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (11). Disconnect tube assemblies (9).

Remove bolts (12) and (13). Use two people to install the air conditioner assembly. The weight of air conditioner assembly (14) is approximately 40 kg (90 lb).

Remove bolts (16). Remove cab blower (15).

Remove fan assembly (17). Remove bolt (19). Remove fan (18). Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install fan (18). Install bolt (19). Install fan assembly (17).

Position the air conditioner assembly. Install bolts (12) and (13).

Connect tube assemblies (9). Connect hose assembly (8). Connect harness assemblies (10) and (11).

Position mounting and reservoir (6). Install bolts (5).
